3. A real zoom lens Unlike a lot of phones at this price, the Pixel 11 has a dedicated zoom lens — 5x closer without losing quality, and up to 30x with Google's "Super Zoom" for a faraway sign or a bird on the feeder.
4. Magnetic wireless charging (Pixelsnap) A magnetic charger can snap onto the back and line itself up — no hunting for the sweet spot on a flat pad. Google calls this Pixelsnap; it's the same idea as the magnets on newer iPhones.

2 Is the Google Pixel 11 right for me?

It's a great fit for someone who wants Google's newest everyday phone — a clean, simple version of Android, an excellent camera, and a size that's easy to hold. It's also a lovely first Android phone for someone switching over from an iPhone.

Consider a different model if: If you want the very brightest, biggest screen or the longest-reach zoom, look at the Pixel 11 Pro or Pro XL. If price is the main thing, the budget Pixel 10a does the everyday jobs for a lot less.

3 How much does it cost, and where should I buy it?

That's the launch price for the 256GB model, announced in August 2026; the 512GB size is about $999. Prices change over time and carriers often knock a good bit off with a trade-in, so always check the current price before you buy.

The Pixel 11 is Google's do-everything phone for most people, and it's the one I'd point most folks to first. Buy it from the Google Store, a carrier (they often have strong trade-in deals), or a trusted store like Best Buy or Costco — not from a stranger online.
