Got tech trouble?
I can often fix it right now — no house call.

If it's a settings mix-up, an email problem, a software question, or something on your screen you can't sort out, I can often fix it from my desk while you stay in your chair. I connect to your screen only with your permission, you watch the whole time, and you can end it whenever you like.

One flat $49 per session You give permission first You can disconnect anytime Never recorded · nothing stored

📞 Already on a call with Bill? Join your session here.

When we're on the phone together, I'll read you a short session code. Type it into the box below and connect — I'll be right there with you the whole time.

🔒 Your safety comes first: because you booked this session, you're expecting my call at your appointment time — that's normal and safe. I'll only ever ask to get onto your screen for a session you scheduled with me, or a call you placed to me at (330) 200-8042. If someone calls you out of the blue — a call you didn't set up — asking to get on your screen, hang up. That's a scam.

What is remote support?

It's a screen-share visit instead of a house call. We get on the phone, I send you a secure one-time link, and once you click it and give the OK, I can see your screen and help right there — the same friendly, plain-English help I'd give in your living room, just faster for the small stuff.

I use a trusted tool called Zoho Assist for this. It only works while you allow it, it shows you everything I'm doing, and the moment we hang up the connection is closed. I never leave anything running on your computer, I don't record your session, and I don't keep a copy of anything.

How it works — step by step

Made simple, with no surprises. You're in control at every step.

You call or text

(330) 200-8042. Tell me what's going on. If it's something I can do remotely, I'll say so.

I send you a link

I text or email you a secure, one-time link. You click it — nothing to install or figure out.

You give the OK

Your computer asks if you want to let me see your screen. Nothing happens until you say yes.

We fix it together

You watch the whole time and can hang up or disconnect anytime. When we're done, the connection closes and nothing stays behind.

Your safety comes first

Because you booked this session, you're expecting Bill's call at your appointment time — that's normal and safe. Bill will only ever ask to get onto your screen for a session you scheduled with him, or a call you placed to (330) 200-8042. If someone calls you out of the blue — a call you didn't set up — asking to get on your screen, hang up. That's how scammers work, and I'll gladly talk you through spotting them.

For out-of-state family

How Remote Help for Mom Works From Out of State

Live three states away and worried about a setting, an email, or a suspicious pop-up on your parent's computer? Here's exactly how a $49 remote session works when you set it up for them.

1

You set it up & give the OK

You book the $49 session and tell me what's going on. I coordinate a time with your mom or dad and text or email them the secure, one-time link — nothing for them to buy, install, or figure out alone.

2

I screen-share & do the work

At the agreed time they click the link and approve the "allow" step — nothing happens until they say yes. They watch the whole time and can disconnect anytime. I fix the setting, sort the email, or check the pop-up while we talk it through.

3

You get the post-visit report

Afterward I email you a plain-English write-up — what I found, what I changed, and what to keep an eye on — so you're in the loop without having to interrogate your parent about it.

📅 Book a $49 remote session for them 📞 (330) 200-8042

On an iPhone or iPad I can see the screen and guide them step by step; full remote control works on a Windows PC or Mac. A plain-English report is also emailed after in-home visits — see Helping a Parent.

What's great for remote — and what still needs a visit

Remote is perfect for anything that lives on a screen. Anything physical still needs me there in person — and that's totally fine.

✓ Great for remote

  • ✓ Settings and account fixes
  • ✓ Email trouble — passwords, sending, spam
  • ✓ Software and app help
  • ✓ Walk-throughs and one-on-one training
  • ✓ Checking whether a message or pop-up is a scam
  • ✓ Quick "how do I…?" questions

🏠 Still needs an in-home visit

  • • Anything with hardware or wiring
  • • New device installs and mounting
  • • Wi-Fi routers, mesh, and dead zones
  • • TVs, cameras, doorbells, smart-home gear
  • • Cabling and connections
  • • Anything physical you need hands on

Not sure which one you need? Just call — I'll give you an honest answer, even if that answer is "let's do this one in person."

Remote support questions

Is it safe to let you see my screen?

Yes — and you stay in charge the whole time. I can only connect after you click a secure link I send you and give your computer permission. You see everything I do, you can talk to me the entire time, and you can disconnect whenever you want. When we hang up, the connection closes and I don't leave anything running or keep a copy of anything. One important rule: because you booked this session, you're expecting my call at your appointment time — that's normal and safe. I'll only ever ask to get onto your screen for a session you scheduled with me, or a call you placed to me. If someone calls you out of the blue — a call you didn't set up — claiming to be tech support and asking to get on your computer, hang up. That's a scam.

How much does remote support cost?

One remote session is a flat $49, up to 2 hours. If you're on the $39/month Support Plan, remote sessions are included free. And if it turns out we need an in-home visit after all, your $49 is credited toward the $99 visit — so you're never paying twice.

What can you fix remotely versus in person?

Remote is great for anything on your screen: settings, email, software and apps, training and walk-throughs, checking whether something's a scam, and quick "how do I…?" questions. Anything physical — hardware, new device installs, Wi-Fi routers, TVs, cameras, cabling — still needs me there in person. If we start remotely and find it needs a house call, no problem: your $49 credits toward the visit.

Do I need to install anything complicated?

No. I text or email you a secure one-time link, you click it, and your computer walks you through a simple "allow" step. That's it — nothing to buy, set up, or figure out on your own. If you get stuck clicking the link, stay on the phone with me and I'll walk you through it slowly.

What if the remote session doesn't fix it?

You're covered two ways. If it just needs hands-on work, we book an in-home visit and your $49 comes right off the $99 — so the remote try never costs you extra. And if I simply can't solve it at all, I'll refund your $49 — you never pay for a problem I didn't fix. Some things just need hands-on attention, and I'll tell you honestly when that's the case.

Do you record my session?

No — your remote sessions are never recorded. I don't save a video of your screen and I don't keep a copy of anything. You watch everything I do the whole time, and when we hang up the connection closes and nothing stays on your device.

Can you do this on my iPhone or iPad?

Partly — and I'll be honest about the difference. On an iPhone or iPad, Apple only lets Zoho Assist see your screen; it won't let me tap or type for you the way I can on a Windows PC or a Mac. So an iPhone or iPad session is screen-viewing plus me coaching you step by step — you do the tapping while I watch and guide you — not me taking the controls. It's still great for settings, email, and "how do I…?" questions. For full remote control, we'd use your computer, or I come out in person.

When can I book a remote session?

Same hours as everything else — Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Call or text (330) 200-8042 to set up a time, or book online and I'll call you at your appointment time.

Let's fix it — no house call needed.
