Phone & Internet Bill Check-Up
Bring me your phone and internet bills and I'll go through them line by line — cut what you don't need, catch what you're overpaying for, and tell you honestly whether a switch is worth it. Most folks are paying for things they never use.
$49 remote · or included in any $99 in-home visit
My promise: I work for you, not the phone company.
I'm completely carrier-neutral. I don't sell phone plans, I'm not an agent for Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile, and I don't take a single dollar in referral money from any carrier. My only job here is to lower the bill you already have — or tell you it's already a good deal and leave it alone.
What I check
We sit down with your actual bills — paper or online — and go through all of it together.
Read the bill line by line
Those bills are confusing on purpose. I translate every line — what it is, whether you need it, and what it's really costing you each month.
Right-size the plan
Paying for unlimited everything but mostly home on Wi-Fi? Renting a modem you could own? I match the plan to how you actually use it.
Cancel add-ons you're not using
Device insurance on a paid-off phone, a streaming bundle you forgot about, "premium" line features — the little extras that quietly add up.
Check 55+ and loyalty pricing
Most carriers have real 55-and-older plans and quiet retention deals they don't advertise. I know where to look and what to ask for.
Test your real speeds at the house
Are you paying for a fast internet tier you're not actually getting? I test the true speed right where you sit and make sure you're paying for what you receive.
Recommend a switch only if it's truly better
Switching is a hassle, so I only suggest it when the savings clearly beat the trouble — and I'll help you do it if you decide to. Often the best move is a phone call to your current carrier, and I'll coach you on exactly what to say.
Why have me do this? I spent 30+ years on the other side of the counter.
This isn't a side gig I picked up. I spent my career in phones and home internet — I know how the plans are built, where the fees hide, and what the retention desk can actually do.
RadioShack — phones, plans, and every gadget under one roof
Nokia — when they made the phones in everyone's pocket
T-Mobile — carrier plans, billing, and upgrades inside and out
AT&T home internet — how the internet side of the bill really works
I used to sell these plans. Now I use everything I learned to work for you instead.
in charges people didn't need is common — in my years behind the carrier counter I've seen it again and again, and I'll show you exactly what you'd save before anything changes. That's real money — often $240 to $720 a year. But I'll be straight with you: if your plan is already a good deal, I'll say so and you'll have paid $49 for peace of mind. No made-up savings, no pressure.
Who this is for

🧑💼 Adult kids reviewing a parent's bills
Helping a parent who's on an old, pricey plan? I'll review it with them (or with you on their behalf) and email a plain-English summary.
