Book Bill
Pick a service, pick a time. No call center, no waiting list. Bill comes to your door.
Step 1 of 4
Pick a service
Choose one of the visits below to get started. Once you pick, press “Next: pick a time” and the calendar to choose your day and time opens up. Not sure which one? Pick the closest fit — Bill confirms what's actually needed when he calls to verify the appointment.
💻 Just need a quick fix on your screen? For settings, email, software, training, or a scam-check, Bill can often help by screen-share — no house call needed. Remote sessions are a flat $49 — up to 2 hours, and included free for $39/mo Support Plan members — and are set up by phone or text so Bill can send you a secure link. Call or text (330) 200-8042, or see how remote support works.
Pick a day and time
Green dates have availability. Bill works Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Closed Sundays. Prefer to talk? Call (330) 200-8042 — booking by phone is just as easy.
Where should Bill come? (optional here — adding it fine-tunes the times around Bill's drive between visits; you can also add it at the next step)

Prefer to talk? Call (330) 200-8042 and Bill will take it from here.
Bill calls or texts ahead of every visit to confirm. Phone is required so he can reach you.
This is who Bill will meet at the door. Put their home address in the Service address field below. Your own name, phone, and email (further down) are the coordinating & billing contact — that's where the confirmation goes.
By booking, you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Confirm your appointment
Double-check everything looks right. You'll get a text confirmation (and an email too, if you gave one) as soon as you hit "Book this visit."
You're booked!
Need to reschedule? The confirmation email includes a one-click reschedule link.
📋 How to prep for your visit (optional — I'll text this to you anyway)
Before I arrive, here are 4 things that'll save us both time:
- Have your Wi-Fi password written down — even if you "kind of remember it." Most visits get derailed for 20 minutes hunting for it.
- Plug in any device that's been off for a while (the iPad in the drawer, the old laptop, the printer you haven't touched in 6 months). They often need to install updates before they're usable, and that takes time.
- Write your questions on the back of an envelope as they come to you between now and the visit. Even small ones. People always remember what they wanted to ask the second I drive away.
- Find the manual or the box for any device you're not sure about, if you have it. Not required — most of the time I can find the info online — but if it's right there it speeds things up.
That's it. No prep beyond that. I'll text you when I'm on my way (about 15 minutes out).
